An out-of-box failure is a product deemed damaged or defective upon arrival. Although rare, in such instances please contact Technical Support within 15 days of receiving your item to qualify for no-charge return shipping. If the item is deemed to be an out-of-box failure Asimitel will issue a Return Tag via UPS or other carrier to return the defective product. It will be repaired/replaced & returned or an advanced replacement will be sent at our discretion.
If your product is not working during the warranty period. All Asimitel phones carry a Three Year (3 Year) Warranty. All workmanship and labor is covered for Three years from date of the phone’s birth. Exceptions and limitations apply, warranty excludes physical damage*. Before any product is returned for repair you must first always obtain an RMA# to record your claim, without an RMA issued phones cannot be traced nor repaired.
If the warranty of the product has expired call to obtain an RMA# and you will be instructed where to send the shipment (prepaid). Once the items are received they will be repaired or replaced. A repair service charge may apply depending on type of item and extent of repair.
